What is the opportunity?The Strategic Execution team within the Chief Legal and Administrative Office (CLAO) plays a critical role in driving highly visible, enterprise-level transformation initiatives providing thought leadership and collaborating with senior leaders to contribute to strategic objectives and the clear path to execution excellence. We are seeking a high-performing and motivated Senior Manager to join our team to lead the delivery of enterprise-wide strategic and regulatory initiatives. This role enables business-driven transformation by fostering effective project governance and driving the delivery of meaningful outcomes that align with RBC’s long-term strategic objectives.Please note, this is hybrid role.
