Responsibilities
Deploy and implement the Johnson & Johnson Operating System and lead Lean Six Sigma Capability Building across the Supply Chain organization.
Deploy JJOS Business Process Standards across all MedTech and Innovative Medicines segments, from request for support to sustainable value generation.
Lead JJOS interventions (diagnostics, workshops, kaizen events) to identify data‐driven improvement opportunities aligned with priority business values.
Lead JJOS delivery (Design, Plan and Execute phases) to ensure value generation and build local team capabilities.
Follow‐up on value generation and support roadmap execution; provide mentorship to site JJOS leads and plant managers.
