What is the Opportunity?
As the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement you will lead a team that provides in-field consultation and training to RBC Insurance (RBCI) Proprietary advisor and Leaders for the Life, Living Benefits and Wealth product lines.
Your team will be responsible for achieving sales and business development goals through the support of RBC Insurance Advisors by providing in-field training, consultation, and joint client meetings.
Support the role out of Conquest Planning Tool.
What will you do?
- Support and coach Insurance Advice Consultants to ensure they are providing in-field training, consultations, and joint client meetings.
- Maintain key partnering relationship with the business heads, and senior leaders, RVPs, Business Development & H.O Partners.
