Role Overview

Senior Manager - Valuations (Victoria, BC). Responsible for executing BCI’s private investment valuation processes across Private Equity, Infrastructure & Renewable Resources, and Private Credit, applying technical judgment on complex fair value matters within a high‑governance institutional environment. Reports to the Director, Valuations and delivers valuation conclusions and supporting analysis to the Valuation Committee and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage year‑end and quarterly valuation processes for assigned portfolios; deliver outputs on schedule with complete documentation suitable for committee review and external audit.
• Review and challenge third‑party valuation reports to ensure methodological soundness, consistency with BCI’s valuation policies, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
