Role Description
Define the companys mission and strategic direction as they translate into specific policies and objectives achieved through effective management of human, financial and physical resources Authorize and organize the creation of key service and related leadership positions Allocate physical, human, and financial resources to implement the organizations policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; developing and approving promotional campaigns; and approve the human resource master plan Selection of middle management, director or other senior staff; authorize them with the necessary authority and create optimal working conditions Represent the organization, or authorize representatives to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
