Senior Manufacturing Engineer- Fabrication

What you'll do:Coordinate and manage manufacturing engineering activities in production areas to support new production lines, product transfers, and existing production lines; develop equipment specifications and maintenance plans; drive lean manufacturing, EQS deployment, MESH initiatives, and product and quality cost improvements.Job Responsibilities:Contribute to determining robust manufacturing processes, methods, and machine or line loading to produce parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies for new products or customer orders requiring extensive planning consistent with overall division objectives; plan all tooling such as jigs, fixtures, special tools, and similar items.Provide manufacturing decision‐making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.Evaluate existing machinery, fabrication equipment, tooling, etc. for safety, capacity, capability, and effectiveness.Develop detailed technical s...
