Role Description
Title: Senior Market Research Manager, Public Affairs
Location: Toronto
Responsibilities
- Develops and delivers high quality proposals, research and insights to leading Canadian clients across a variety of sectors
- Collaborating with client-service colleagues and operations teams within Ipsos on client research needs
- Manage multiple research projects at different phases from proposal to insights delivery; responsible for the client service aspect of the project, coordinating with fellow researchers to ensure that the clients’ needs are met
- With manager support, work to develop existing clients and new business streams
- Once established at Ipsos, may act as manager to one or more Account Managers/Research Analysts, including overseeing training schedule, day‑to‑day guidance and supervision, and providing feedback (both ongoing and during annual review and goal setting)
