Role Description
A worldwide information service provider is now seeking a senior network engineer to join their APAC team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Participate in day-to-day systems administration/management activities.Participate in problem resolution by tracking data and progress. Interact with network services, software systems engineering to restore availability of services and/or identify problems.Identify and propose system modifications on systems, databases, applicationsSet up and configure test environments and ensuring accurate and timely provisioning.Update existing training packagesProvide technical support on delivering product demos.Participate in the problem review and process improvementAcquire technical and product knowledge from internal and external resources to resolve problems.Requirements:
