Senior Operational Risk Advisor

The Operations Performance team, part of the Integrated Monitoring and Operational Performance Administrative Department, supports each of the Risk Management Executive Division’s operational control teams. The team oversees practices related to managing issues and action plans in collaboration with various Desjardins stakeholders. As Senior Operational Risk Advisor, you assist the division with operational risk management for their activities and contribute to various operational control initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor operational risks and controls when analyzing a process or project.
• Analyze reported loss events.
• Help implement, monitor and wrap up action plans.
• Help collect information to keep risk profiles up to date.
• Monitor risk indicators and report on operational performance.
• Work with the Desjardins Group Centre of Excellence in Internal Controls (DGCEIC) and various risk partners.
