As the Senior Operations Manager, you'll supervise approximately 600 truck units and lead a diverse team including Operations Supervisors and Technicians. Your focus will be on effective delegation, labor management, and financial planning to support high-quality customer service. The role also includes accountability for asset management and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize shift schedules and resource allocation
• Manage maintenance cycle times and customer communication
• Drive labor planning and recruiting efforts
• Execute budgetary forecasts and cost controls
• Lead training and development initiatives for staff
Requirements:
• HS diploma or GED required
• Minimum of four years in an operations role
