Senior Payroll Accounting Analyst

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000

We are currently looking for a motivated individual with strong payroll and share-based plan knowledge, with excellent organizational, analytic and technical skills to join our group of professionals based in Vancouver.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, track and manage the employee compensation program, such as manage the day‑to‑day administration of the company’s share‑based programs and ensures that all share‑based activity is accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
• Deliver all aspects of long‑term incentive (LTIP) transactions and other share‑based compensation plans efficiently and accurately, including data management, recording and grant creation, vesting events, cancellations, terminations, processing payment of vested awards and exercises.
