Senior Payroll Manager - Systems & Team Lead

Link-Worldwide in Isla Guadalupe, Baja California, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage daily operations of the payroll processing team. This role includes overseeing accurate payroll distribution, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and conducting training for team members.

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least 8 years of payroll experience, and 3 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software TRESS is preferred.
