Role Description
Drive strategic People & Culture initiatives as Senior Manager at Arc'teryx. Collaborate with the Technology team to enhance business outcomes through targeted people programs.
In a role integral to our global workforce strategy, you will support the Chief Technology Officer and deliver expert guidance on performance management, workforce planning, and organizational design. You will also lead a team dedicated to fostering high performance and a strengths-based culture, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
