Role Description
Drive product excellence as a Senior Product Manager for Plans & Electrical at Enercare in Markham. Lead a team to enhance product offerings and boost profitability.
This full-time position reports to the Director of Product Management and focuses on the successful lifecycle and commercial performance of Enercare’s Protection Plans and Electrical products. As a key figure in translating enterprise strategy into actionable plans, you will work closely with your team to execute pricing, optimize product offers, and ensure retention goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own P&L for Plans and Electrical product portfolios
• Execute pricing strategies within established portfolio guardrails
• Drive unit additions and churn reduction through data analysis
• Lead performance reviews and manage forecasts accurately
