Instrument and operationalize the end-to-end donation funnel, from intent to confirmation, across web and embedded surfaces. Establish performance baselines and lead structured experimentation to improve completion rates, reduce friction, and increase recurring participation. Lead the evolution of Donate beyond the web into Microsoft Teams, Slack, SMS, API-powered integrations, and emerging AI-driven commerce contexts. Partner with engineering and architecture to enable reusable, surface-agnostic commerce capabilities.
