Job Overview
We are hiring (Senior) Program Managers to join our Advanced Synthesis organization. In this role, you’ll be the main link between Lonza and our customers, leading cross‑functional teams through the full project lifecycle—from contract to GMP manufacturing and delivery.
Work Arrangement
This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).
