Role Description
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Independently lead multiple projects across all phases: concept, schematic design, design development, and construction.
- Operate with a high level of autonomy, identifying when to elevate key decisions or challenges.
- Drive day‑day project momentum, ensuring alignment between design intent and execution.
- Oversee the production and quality of deliverables, including presentations and drawing sets.
- Actively manage project schedules, timelines, and priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
Technical Leadership & Execution
- Lead the development and review of construction documents for accuracy, completeness, and design integrity.
- Provide technical direction and resolve complex design and detailing challenges.
