An experienced Senior Project Manager is sought to manage multi-purpose apartment developments within the expanding wood frame project portfolio. With a strong emphasis on leadership, coordination, and compliance, this position requires proven skills in managing all phases from pre-development to completion. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute CCDC contracts and manage project documentation
• Develop and maintain construction schedules with Microsoft Project
• Facilitate bid processes and scope preparation for projects
• Conduct inspections alongside Site Supervisors
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum two completed full-cycle wood frame projects
