Role Description
Our valued public sector client is hiring a Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end transformation of a telephony project replacing legacy telephone services with VoIP and Desktop Communication Services.
Background:
The Federal Government continues to develop and execute a Transformation Plan (TP) based on analysis of the Government of Canada’s (GC) current and future requirements. The Workplace Communication Services (WCS) project intends to deliver a hybrid Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephoned to the client organization to replace the beyond end-of-life Post Branch Exchange (PBX) switches currently being used.
