Our Property Department oversees club-wide project and construction management, contract administration and property development.
The Job
You will:
work independently and efficiently for fit-out and minor works, i.e. site inspection and assist in tender drawing, document, etc. liaise and co-ordinate with external consultants and contractors, as well as service providers and internal working team / internal users for the above works prepare and produce fit-out drawings and details by using industrial standard and best practices ensure compliance with the corporate’s guidelines and statutory requirement for capital works projects, minor renovations, office re-layout, furniture reconfiguration, etc. maintain up-to-date architectural and building services layout plans, control documents and drawings registry perform such other duties as assigned by Fac...
