Senior QA Analyst (Mobile) - LATAM

We’re seeking a Senior QA Engineer (Mobile) to drive end-to-end quality for our mobile applications, embedding quality practices into the engineering team (“shift left”) and ensuring high‑confidence releases in a regulated fintech environment.

This is a hands‑on role with full ownership of mobile testing. You will be responsible for defining and driving the mobile automation strategy across iOS and Android, building the foundations of our mobile automation framework, and establishing scalable, maintainable testing practices from the ground up.

We’re looking for someone who takes true ownership – not just maintaining tests, but shaping the approach, improving coverage and reliability, and continuously raising the quality bar. You should be comfortable leveraging modern AI‑assisted tools responsibly to increase testing efficiency, improve signal quality, and accelerate feedback loops.
