The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for leading quality assurance strategies and ensuring high-quality software delivery across projects. This role drives test automation initiatives, defines testing standards, and mentors team members while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams. The Senior QE plays a key role in identifying risks, improving QA processes, and implementing scalable testing solutions aligned with business goals.
