In this permanent full-time role, you will manage and support vital software systems, ensuring high-quality service in recreational programming. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including internal departments and external vendors. Your leadership in staff training and system documentation will be vital for operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage backend processes of the Xplor Recreation software
• Develop and maintain operational documentation
• Coordinate business process improvements for service delivery
• Assist with financial reconciliations and reporting
• Provide escalated support for customer inquiries
Requirements:
• Completed a two-year college program in a relevant field
• Minimum three years of experience with recreation software
