Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
• Strong sourcing and client management skills
• Experience hiring for different types of roles (GTM / commercial, tech, Pharma/Life Science, blue-collar, etc.)
• Fluent English (official working language). Other local languages valued.
• Based in Chile
