Senior Reliability Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to own reliability across the full product lifecycle — from new product development through sustaining engineering — for point-of-care IVD medical devices.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Design for Reliability (DFR) and Design for Testability (DFT) across new product launches and sustaining activities
• Develop reliability requirements, test plans, and lead DFMEAs in collaboration with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams
• Design and build custom test fixtures and methods to evaluate device performance and durability
• Execute environmental, lifecycle, and accelerated aging testing in compliance with regulatory standards
• Investigate field failures, perform root cause analysis, and document findings in FRACAS
• Serve as the reliability SME in cross-functional project teams
