Key Responsibilities:
• Lead validation of ligand-binding assays and LC-MS/MS methods
• Characterize ADME profiles for ADC candidates
• Analyze and report PK/ADME data for regulatory submissions
• Collaborate with project teams and external consultants
• Mentor and train junior scientists
