Role Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Identify and build relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners
- Drive business development initiatives across assigned territories
- Manage and grow existing accounts while acquiring new customers
- Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract closures
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, service) for seamless execution
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members (if applicable)
- Ensure timely reporting of sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics
