Senior Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer - Colombia

Slalom is seeking a Salesforce Quality Engineer and test lead capable of delivering and leading testing activities on client projects and helping scale our Salesforce quality engineering practice. You will lead teams of quality engineers performing both manual and automated testing on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.

Senior Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer

• Lead software quality and testing activities on Salesforce projects of medium to large size and complexity.
• Manage full quality and testing teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Develop overall quality and testing strategy for client projects.
• Help provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of quality engineering standards and methodologies at Slalom.
• Assess solution risk and assist the project team in prioritizing test efforts.
• Select and configure appropriate quality toolsets to manage project testing.
