Role Description
Responsibilities:
Sales & Distribution Support: Provide day-to-day functional and operational support for the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process in SAP S/4HANA & ECC SD, including sales documents, pricing, credit checks, availability checks (ATP), delivery processing, shipping, billing, output management and integration points with MM, WM, and FI.Data Integrity & Integration Support Maintain and troubleshoot integration points between SAP and legacy or third-party systems, ensuring data accuracy and process continuity. Support and monitor data and process flows between SD and other modules (FI, MM, WM) and external systems (e.g., Logistics, EDI).
