• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to deliver a simplified lending experience.
• Diagnose complex lending challenges by identifying root causes and defining current and future‑state models.
• Design and document process flows, and customer and employee experience journeys to enhance satisfaction.
• Prepare presentations, decision documents, and visuals that clearly communicate complex analysis and recommendations.
