Senior SwiftRe Operations Analyst - Portfolio & Data

SwiftRe is an efficient web-based platform providing mid-market and facultative business to our clients. It is an easy to use and efficient online risk placement, claims and accounting channel for clients. This position includes handling a client portfolio with detailed operational focus, steering parameters from post-bind experience and contributing in process and system development.

• Core portfolio management comprises of Single Fac risks via SwiftRe Platform and Fac Facilities via Fac Portal

• Managing own portfolio of clients who are insurance companies/brokers from several different geographies with keen focus on operational KPI excellence

• End to end process management - Monitoring of outstanding statements, overall cash flow management and escalations needed towards delivering business-sensitive operational results – with undiluted focus on Ease of Doing Business
