Senior Visual Merchandising Lead - Strategy & Store Excellence

adidas is looking for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator in Lima, Peru, to lead the rollout of seasonal campaigns across Retail, Franchise, and Wholesale channels. The role requires strong operational leadership, project management skills, and the ability to ensure brand standards are met in all visual merchandising activities.

The successful candidate will have over 4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Operations, preferably across multiple stores, and must possess fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.
