Senior Workday HCM Analyst - Core HCM & Payroll Lead

Encora Inc. is looking for an HCM Analyst with expertise in Workday to provide operational support for Core HCM, Recruiting, and Payroll. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of hands-on experience and strong skills in reporting and configuration.

You will be responsible for overseeing Workday releases, collaborating with business users, and managing system configuration. This position is in-person at our Hermosillo office, starting on May 27, 2026.
