Role Description

In this role, you will:

  • Provide support for performance management, succession planning, leadership, inclusive workplace, and learning programs.
  • Answer program and process related questions from a diverse audience.
  • Provide reporting functionality for Talent Management programs as required.
  • Help develop visual and written communication materials for a variety of audiences.
  • Help to track and develop metrics for measuring effectiveness of Talent Management programs.
  • Management of data files on the Talent Management SharePoint site.
  • Support Talent Management project innovation for key initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a Commerce program with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
