Server Assistant – Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol
Location: Cabo Del Sol, Baja California Sur, Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Support servers in providing food and beverage service to guests, ensuring service standards are met.
- Guide guests through the restaurant concept and menu offerings.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service.
- Execute the service sequence established under FS standards.
- Prepare and maintain the service area during and after service periods.
- Promote teamwork and create positive guest experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in ultra‑luxury hotels.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and high service standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proactive, with strong presentation skills and ability to work under pressure.
