Job Overview

The Server (Dining Room Care Manager) is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living standards. The role serves as a model in dining service and assists in training care managers, maintaining dining‑room set‑up, supporting special events, monitoring checklists for cleanliness and readiness, and assisting in tabletop inventory maintenance. The position handles all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and complies with all applicable federal, provincial, and local food service regulations.
