We are seeking a customer‑service driven individual to work as a Service Advisor. The role involves providing top‑notch customer service, developing an understanding of the repair process, and handling all customer inquiries or complaints.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist all customers (in‑person and over the phone) with service requirements, ensuring optimum customer service.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner according to the policy of the dealership.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
