About The Opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team at our St. Mary's operation. This will be a full-time position reporting to the Operations Manager. The position is responsible for:

• Interfacing customers for service-related inquiries
• Monitoring, managing, prioritizing, and scheduling equipment installations, annual maintenance, emergency service calls, and regulatory inspections (gas‑check / comprehensive)
• Maintaining customer account information
• Registering customers for warranty coverage
• Completing purchase orders for incoming equipment, tanks and materials
