Role Description
At TCS Querétaro, we are hiring Bilingual Service Desk Agent Work Location: Pie de la Cuesta, Jardines de la Hacienda, or Campo Militar You must be available to work at any of these locations (location cannot be chosen).

Requirements: Availability to work on-site in Querétaro Minimum 80% spoken English Availability to work rotating shifts Minimum education: High school diploma (proof required) Main Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 technical support (no prior experience required; training will be provided) Assist international customers Documentation and reporting Ticket handling Customer support via phone, chat, and email We Offer: Direct permanent contract 100% payroll salary Benefits: 12 vacation days in the first year (increasing according to the law) 25% vacation bonus 30 days Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) Major Medical Insurance Life Insurance Grocery vouchers: $590 MXN monthly Be part of our team!
