Role

This role requires an L1 Service Desk support specialist fluent in French, with strong customer‑service skills and experience in troubleshooting Microsoft 365, VPN, and on‑premise software and hardware.

Skills
  • IT Service Desk experience 1‑3 years
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills (O365/VPN/Skype/Printer/Active Directory/MS‑Office etc.)
  • Understanding of Windows X operating system
  • Assisting with configuring/troubleshooting of software and hardware
  • Experience working with ServiceNow to log, track, and close tickets
  • Experience resolving IT issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service
