Job Title: Service Desk Lead

Location: London, Ontario

Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 days a week

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Rate: CAD 38-40/hour Incorporated

SKILLS REQUIRED

Must have 6–8 years’ Experience in Service Desk processes and support Service Desk performance tracking and reporting Strong communication skills (oral and written) Hands-on experience in resolving infrastructure-related issues Knowledge of ITSM platforms, including ServiceNow
