SKILLS REQUIRED
Must have 6–8 years’ Experience in Service Desk processes and support Service Desk performance tracking and reporting Strong communication skills (oral and written) Hands-on experience in resolving infrastructure-related issues Knowledge of ITSM platforms, including ServiceNow
