Role Description
IT Service Desk Agent – Portuguese
AZKAIT is a Mexican company that seeks and connects the best IT talent with Latin American and United States companies.
Responsible for all activities surrounding the IT Service Desk, including but not limited to answering calls coming to the call center, monitoring incoming tickets to the Integral Service Desk, remotely resolving them within established guidelines, and seeking assistance from 2nd level support when necessary.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering (IT, industrial).
- Fluent spoken and written English, Spanish and Portuguese.
- 2 years of proven experience in a service/customer service desk position.
- Basic understanding of IT principles and ticket handling.
- Basic knowledge of ticketing system, preferably BMC.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer focused and results oriented.
- Ability to work alone or as a member of a team.
