Service & Operations Planning Lead

Overview

Finning Canada is seeking a Permanent, Full‑Time Service & Operations Planning Lead to report to the Director, Service Growth & Labour Planning and develop a comprehensive labour strategy to ensure the service network meets future demand. The role may be based in Calgary or Edmonton.

Responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end data analytics, reports, metrics and presentations to support a multiyear labor strategy.
• Analyze and interpret data, identify patterns, highlight deviations, and generate accurate forecasts and reporting.
• Prepare formal and informal reports, and specialized reporting based on business requirements.
• Develop, manage and maintain formal tools to publish monthly/quarterly/annual KPIs and performance targets.
• Present data graphically and effectively, translating complex findings into written reports.
