Position Summary
The role of a Service Technician directly supports the company's mission by ensuring the safe and efficient operation of wind turbine generators, which are integral to producing 100% renewable energy. Service Technicians help ensure the reliability and performance of clean power plants by maintaining high standards of safety, quality, customer service, and by supporting planned and unplanned maintenance, and system upgrades. Communicating effectively with Site Leads and/or Site Managers to achieve resolution for technical and/or commercial customer concerns is essential. All assignments will be performed using proper methods while adhering to documentation standards and all daily activities accomplished will be reported within Movilizer to capture all hours worked, materials used, and detailed steps taken during WTGs interventions.
