ServiceNow HAM Consultant

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a hands‑on Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow HAM Pro from a business and process perspective. This role will drive end‑to‑end HAM Pro enablement, including plugin installation oversight, integration with upstream and downstream systems, governance design, and ongoing lifecycle optimization.

The consultant will work closely with IT, procurement, finance, and risk stakeholders to streamline hardware asset processes, establish preventative and detective controls, and ensure alignment with audit and compliance requirements.

Hourly Rate: $56.90 T4, $65 Incorporated

Hybrid: 2 days in office in Scarborough, with Wednesday as a mandatory in office day (9-5pm flexible)

Contract: 6 months starting May 1, 2026 (potential to start earlier)
