Implement and support IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes and modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Perform data migration, transformation, and validation activities during platform implementation or upgrades. Ensure CMDB alignment, data integrity, and consistency across asset and configuration records. Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
