Role Description

Take charge as a ServiceNow ITOM SME and CMDB Lead, focusing on data quality and service mapping. This 7-12 year experience role drives critical CMDB initiatives for enhanced service delivery.
We are looking for a dynamic leader to guide our CMDB transformation strategy and ensure compliance with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). You will work closely with various teams, providing architectural leadership and driving CMDB adoption across the organization. This role is pivotal for aligning stakeholders in achieving a service-aware AIOps model.
