Position within the Division of Health & Human Services, Health Care Assistant Department, located in Comox Valley, Canada. This temporary, sessional appointment will end 26 March 2027. The role includes teaching responsibilities in the health care assistant program with flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare instructional materials for various learning environments.
• Use different teaching approaches and materials to address diverse learning needs.
• Teach assigned subject areas and include required subject matter or skill activity in courses.
• Direct student learning in a positive, supportive, and caring environment.
• Be available to students during scheduled office hours and classroom hours to discuss progress and issues.
