Settlement Negotiator

Windsor Troy Law, LLP, is looking to add a Settlement Negotiator to our Personal Injury Department. The Personal Injury Settlement Negotiato r will be responsible for managing and negotiating the settlement of personal injury claims before they proceed to litigation. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, extensive experience with insurance companies, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service. We are looking for someone with previous experience handling and examining bodily injury claims for Auto Insurance companies or who has experience negotiating with Auto Insurance companies. (Plaintiff and/or Defense).
Responsibilities:
Review the facts of the case, including medical records, police reports, witness statements, and other relevant documents.
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the case to determine the best settlement strategy.
