Sharepoint Analyst

Description

Reporting to the Manager, Content and Collaboration Services (CCS), the Content Transfer Service Analyst’s primary role will be responsible for performing content transfers, that is moving unstructured content between various ECM systems (primarily SharePoint, but may include OpenText content server, Documentum, etc.), and shared drive locations. Specifically targeting outstanding Government Restructuring backlogs, and critical litigation requests.

During this process the analyst will be working on multiple transfers simultaneously, requiring strong organizational skills to manage conflicting timelines, resources, and coordination with multiple business areas.

Further, the analyst will need to review and understand departmental and corporate policies, business rules, data requirements and supporting system processes and ensure these are followed during content transfers.
